Visiting and contacting us

You can read, download and play the publications without an account, a form or optional tracking. Fonts and podcasts are served with the site. The host necessarily receives your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to deliver and secure the service. ACE and its authorised hosting operators process these technical data for their legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website. Operational records are kept only for troubleshooting, security and any applicable legal obligation; provider-managed retention and transfers are described in the host’s policies below.

If you email us, ACE and its mail provider (OVH) receive your address, message and any information you choose to send, to answer the request. This is based on our legitimate interest in responding, or our legal obligation when you exercise a data-protection right. Correspondence is kept while the request is handled and, where necessary, to establish or defend legal rights during the applicable limitation period. Please do not send sensitive information unnecessarily.

Cookies and saved preferences

Optional storage is off by default. Privacy settings lets you accept, refuse or withdraw without losing access to the publications. Closing the dialog changes nothing. No advertising is used.

• Your choice: a necessary cookie stores only the policy version, decision time and allowed categories for up to 180 days. Acceptance and refusal last equally long; browsing does not renew the choice.
• Remember reading and listening: only if enabled in settings, local storage keeps podcast positions (ge-listening) on Generative Engineering and reading level/last entry (dq-reading-level, dq-atlas-last) on Decision Quality. Each saved value expires 180 days after its last update; expired values are removed when the site accesses them. They stay on this device and are not sent to ACE or Google. Refusal clears them on the current site. Other open Aquia pages refresh the shared choice; closed sites clear their local values on the next visit. Browser site-data controls can remove them immediately.

On the six controlled production domains—aquia.studio, generative-engineering.aquia.studio, robotics.aquia.studio, decision-quality.aquia.studio, ai-capability.aquia.studio and collection.aquia.studio—the necessary choice cookie is shared for these same purposes. A refusal or withdrawal covers the same family. Vercel validation copies and local copies keep their own choices. We do not try to identify you across unrelated origins or devices.

Audience measurement

Google Analytics is currently disabled on this version of all six sites. No Google tag is loaded, even when saved preferences are enabled. If audience measurement is activated later, this notice and the policy version will change and a separate optional Analytics choice will appear before any Google request.

Recipients and international transfers

Access is limited to ACE’s authorised people and the providers needed to host the site or handle your message. Vercel serves the validation copies through international infrastructure, including processing in the United States; its data-processing addendum describes contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses, and its privacy notice describes processing, retention and rights. The production host and mail provider are OVH; see its data-protection information. You can request details of applicable safeguards from ACE. Opening an external link or a podcast application takes you to that service under its own privacy rules; it is not embedded here.

Your rights

Contact contact@aquia.studio, or write to ACE at the address above, to request access, correction, erasure or restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, or to request portability where applicable. You may withdraw optional-storage consent at any time in Privacy settings; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. We respond within one month, subject to the extensions allowed by law, and request identity evidence only if necessary. You may complain directly to the CNIL or your competent supervisory authority. No automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made here.
